1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • International orders: Return requests must be submitted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Domestic (Israel) orders: Private individual customers are entitled to cancel and return eligible items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981).

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition
  • Include all original tags, packaging, dust bags, and hangers
  • Be returned using a trackable shipping method at the customer's expense

Once a return request is approved, we kindly ask that the item is shipped within 10 days of receiving return authorization. If you experience any delays, please notify our team in writing.

Under Israeli law, customers who submit a valid cancellation notice within the legal timeframe remain eligible for a refund, even if the physical return is delayed due to circumstances beyond their control.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Bridal gowns
  • Custom-made or made-to-order items
  • Accessories (including veils, jewelry, hairpieces)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Returns without prior written approval
  • Returns submitted beyond the allowed notification timeframe

3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To initiate a return, please email customercare@maymashiah.com with the following information:

  • Full name and order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return and reason for return
  • Clear photos if relevant (e.g. defect, wrong item)

Returns must be approved in writing before the item is shipped. Unapproved returns may be refused.

4. REFUNDS

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Shipping fees, taxes, and import duties are non-refundable.
  • Items that do not comply with this policy will not be eligible for refund.

5. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.

6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement, repair, store credit, or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs in these cases.

7. RETURNS WITHIN ISRAEL

Returns within Israel may be completed via:

  • Courier delivery to our studio
  • In-person drop-off by appointment only

8. ORDER CANCELLATION (BEFORE SHIPPING)

Orders can be cancelled only if the request is submitted before the item has shipped. Once shipped, the standard return policy applies.
