Business Day refers to all days of the week (Sunday to Thursday), except the day of placing the order, Fridays, Saturdays, holiday eves, holidays, sabbaticals, memorial days.

On rainy days or in situations of extreme weather, there may be delays in delivery times.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company will not charge shipping fees for the collection of products from the Customer following the cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the Product or due to delivery that does not match the customer's order.

In the event of cancellation of a transaction due to a defect in the product, the return of the products will be made by a courier that will pick up the products from the address to which the products were sent, at no additional charge.

In the event of replacement of a Product with another product or in event of cancellation (during the Cancellation Period only) not due to a defect or error in such supply, all shipping, and customs costs, if applicable, will be borne by the Client (in case of replacement) or will be deducted from the refund amount (in case of cancellation).
